So....the goals. This week, I didn't quite accomplish them all. But I did walk! Here's what happened:
2. Eat soup and/or salad for lunch at least four times. Um. This happened once.
3. Drink two big glasses of water each day.
4. Eat one apple each day. No. Our apples were nasty. Ate berries instead.
5. Read 10,000 Steps Blueprint - The Daily Habit for Weightloss and Lifelong Fitness
6. Research and purchase a pedometer. I've researched, but I'm still not sure. Considering the FitBit. Anyone have any suggestions?

1. Walk five times.

3. Eat fruit each day for a snack.
4. Read Marathon Walking by Dave McGovern.
5. Continue to research pedometers.
6. Weather permitting, participate in a neighborhood walk-a-thon next weekend.
